A non-refundable deposit of $10 is required to secure your lash appointment. Send your deposit to btmascara@gmail.com. Deposits should be sent within 48 hours or your appointment will be cancelled.

No call, No show: Absence without contact/communication will result in service refusal.

Clients have a 10 minute grace period to arrive at appointment. A late fee of $10 will be added to your final service fee. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled.

You can be refused service if you have pink eye, stye or other issues that could increase infection.

A valid Driver's License, Health Card, or any government-issued ID is required before booking and receiving the address. Your ID will not be shared or displayed.

Early Morning and After Hours (Sundays): Squeeze-in, early morning and after hour appointments will be charged with an extra $25 and should be included as an Add-on to your service. Contact via email or DM to schedule this type of appointment.
